Set up your agency profile and brand
Tell Launch OS who your agency is and how you sound, so it can work in your voice.
Your agency profile is the foundation everything else builds on. You set most of it during the setup wizard when you first sign in, and you can change it anytime in Settings.
During setup
The first wizard step, Company & Brand, asks for:
- Your company name and website.
- Your brand and niche — what your agency does and who you serve, in a few sentences.
- What you sell — your services, how you deliver them, and your pricing.
- Your goals with Launch OS — the outcome you're after.
Write in plain language. Launch OS expands what you type into a proper company profile and messaging documents in your Knowledge Base — you don't need to format anything.
The Voice & Workflow step is where you describe how your brand sounds and how work moves through your agency. The more you put here, the closer your first drafts will sound to you.
Changing it later
Open Settings → Profile to update your name and agency name.
To refine how the system represents your brand and voice, edit the foundation documents directly in the Knowledge Base (your company profile, messaging framework, and voice profile live there). See Sharpen a voice profile.
