Add and manage your clients

Add the clients you run through Launch OS so each one's work stays organized and on-voice.

Launch OS organizes everything by client — meetings, deliverables, and campaigns all belong to a client. Each client also gets its own context (its profile, ideal customer, and voice), so drafts come out tailored to them.

Add a client during setup

If you chose Agency / Consultancy as your business type, the wizard's Your Clients step lets you add clients with a name, website, and industry — just enough to create each one.

Add or manage clients later

Open Settings → Clients to see your client list and add more.

Settings → Clients: your client list When you assign a meeting to a client (for example, when you upload a transcript), its summary, to-dos, and drafts are filed under that client and written using that client's context.

Use the client switcher at the top of the app to focus on one client at a time, or view everything across All Clients.
