Plain definitions of the terms used in Launch OS Agents.
| Term | Meaning |

| Deliverable | A piece of marketing work Launch OS drafts — an email, landing page, ad, document, and so on. |
| Draft / first draft | The initial version of a deliverable, written by Launch OS, awaiting your review. Nothing is final until a person approves it. |
| To-do / action item | A task that came out of a meeting, with an owner and due date. Each has a draft written for it. |
| Digest | What a processed meeting produces: a summary, key decisions, to-dos, and first drafts. |
| Foundation documents | The core context — company profile, ideal-customer profile, voice profile, messaging framework — that grounds every draft. |
| Knowledge Base | Where every document lives, and the context Launch OS reads when it writes. The source of truth and the system's memory. |
| Campaign | The place a client's approved work is organized over time. |
| Review | A draft sent to a person to approve, request changes on, or reject. |
| Decision | A strategic question raised for the team to decide, handled in the Review Center alongside reviews. |
| Workspace | Your agency's private, isolated space in Launch OS. |
