Explanation
How Launch OS Agents works
A plain mental model of how a meeting becomes finished, approved marketing work.
Launch OS Agents turns conversations into marketing work. Once you understand the path a piece of work takes, every screen in the app makes sense.

The path
- A meeting comes in. You upload a transcript, or connect Shadow so meetings arrive automatically.
- Launch OS reads it. It processes the transcript along with everything in your Knowledge Base — your voice profiles, foundation documents, and past work for that client.
- It produces a digest. You get a plain-English summary, the to-dos from the meeting, and a first draft for each one, written in your voice.
- You make it yours. Open a draft, edit it, and it's kept as a new revision.
- A person approves it. You send the draft for review; the right person approves it, requests changes, or sends it on. Nothing is final without a human.
- It lands in a campaign. Approved work gets promoted into the campaign it belongs to, where your finished deliverables live together.
Why it works this way
Two ideas hold the whole thing together. First, the Knowledge Base is the system's memory — it's why drafts already sound like you and already know your client. Second, a human is always in the loop — Launch OS produces first drafts, and your judgment is the part that ships.
To go deeper on either, read Why the drafts sound like you and Your Knowledge Base is the home of everything.
